Although this patio home was barely a year old when our client decided to call it home, it did not function in a way that accommodated this bachelor’s lifestyle. The challenge was to find a way to take the “dining” out of its living/dining room combo, while maintaining a sense of separated space, rather than one long, narrow living room. The space was transitioned into a lounge area, separated by a room dividing shelving piece.
